PROMOTER PROFILE

HRS Associates is established to provide the most high-quality Valuation Services to the clients the firm has its own Network in entire Gujarat Especially in Vadodara, Suart, Ahmedabad, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Vapi, Dadra Nagar Haveli & Slivassa.

I have started my career as a Civil engineer some 12 years back. I have 2 years' experience in Tata Telecom (Telecom Industries) I always been very keen and interested in the Valuation subject. I have In-depth knowledge of evaluation practices and policies adapted for properties (etc. residential, commercial & industrial properties). I have strong experience in the evaluation of the property and skilled in conducting surveys and property mapping and thorough knowledge of property bylaws. I have ability to work in a constantly changing work environment while adhering to industrial and organizational standards. I have experience of many Financial Institution & Nationalised Banks, with the responsibility of evaluating the property for retail and project finance. I possess a good amount of experience on big scale residential, commercial & institutional projects funding at various cities in Gujarat and well versed with handling allied aspects of the profession like agency selection, site inspection & supervision, Liaison with local authorities.
